Deon Marshall , LMSW

Deon Marshall is a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Maryland who graduated from Delaware State University. Deon provides individual therapy to adults and adolescents.

Deon has extensive training in the field of domestic violence. He has served as a crisis advocate for those who have experienced abuse and program director where he facilitated both anger management and abuser intervention programs. He has a history of working with individuals with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and those who have experienced, witnessed and/or completed acts of violence.

Marjorie Gold, LCPC-S

Marjorie Gold LCPC is a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 35 years of mental health experience, in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings. With a background in art therapy, she brings creativity and compassion to her work with clients. Her approach focuses on building a strong interpersonal connection, using that bond to help clients build strength-based individualized coping skills. Ms. Gold works with adults, families, adolescents, and school-aged children.

MaryElizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Stockton University in NJ. She went on to earn her Master’s degree from The College of NJ in Counseling. From there she moved to Virginia and worked as a School Counselor for 4 years. MaryElizabeth now lives in Baltimore City with her husband and 1-year old son.

Julia Mason, LMSW

Julia Mason provides individual therapy to children and adolescents. She provides a trauma-informed and healing-centered environment for children and adolescents to work through the stressors that affect their daily life. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, traumatic sexual events, and interpersonal issues. Her therapeutic style uses a strengths-based approach to support and guide in overcoming these obstacles. Danielle Flores, LCPC

Danielle received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in Spring of 2020. She was also inducted into the International Honors Society that same spring.

Danielle has experience working with clients across a vast number of areas including Women’s Issues, Sexual Abuse Survivors, Trauma, Anxiety and Domestic Violence utilizing primarily a trauma-informed and solution-focused clinical perspective. Danielle primarily works from a person-centered theoretical approach bringing unconditional positive regard for all clients, and putting emphasis on the client’s worldview to work through their needs and goals. Tannica Stokes, LCPC

Ms. Tannica Stokes is a Baltimore native who is very passionate about transforming the behavior and mind set of those who may be struggling with mental health issues such as self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, life issues, depression, anxiety, substance abuse etc.

Ms. Stokes is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Education in Baltimore, Maryland. She received a Master of Science Degree (MS) in Clinical Community Counseling and a Post-Master’s Certificate (PMC) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ms. Stokes is a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for the state of Maryland with over 10 years of experience. Her clinical experience begins with counseling women at the MCIW and she continues to serve as a volunteer at Roberta’s House since 2010. She brings years of clinical experience for working with persons who struggle with substance abuse and co-occurring concerns in a variety of therapeutic settings. Ms. Stokes’ goal is to support clients as they journey through the process of renewing, repairing, or rebuilding various areas of their lives.

Dr. Eno Oton has a degree in Doctor of Professional Counseling and has several years of experience in the healthcare field. Dr. Oton works with anyone who is struggling medically, mentally, or spiritually. She is a Christian with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, and she is a trained Midwife. Due to her background, she uses a wholistic approach when working with her clients. Her goal is to ensure that clients feel healthy and supported in all areas of their lives. She specializes with the following communities: women issues, domestic violence, single parents, veterans, professional burn out, immigrants, and the elderly.

Janet Ilonoh, MS, LGPC

Mayra Schneider is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the State of Maryland. Mayra has extensive experience working in Baltimore City with persons who struggle with substance abuse and co-occurring concerns in a variety of therapeutic settings. Kelly graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Child Development and Family Studies. Prior to graduating with her MS in Counseling Psychology from Frostburg State University, Kelly worked internationally in China and Cambodia. She has experience working in the community mental health setting. Kelly engages in a collaborative relationship with clients, with the understanding that each client is the expert on themselves. She uses a person-centered approach, providing accurate empathy and unconditional positive regard. Kelly works with clients of any age to provide authentic, trauma-informed care. Egypt Buie is a New York City native. She is a three time alumni from the illustrious Coppin State University; obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in 2013, Masters Science in Human Service Administration in 2015 , Masters of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2018, and Certificate of Counseling in 2020, Since moving to Baltimore in 2010 she has hustled in the field of education for 9 years. She is currently a Dean of Student Culture; helping to establish a safe and joyous school culture at the high school level, and has dedicated her life to ensure that black and brown students have an equitable future by way of access to appropriate resources and social emotional learning . Since entering the education field in 2013 Egypt has obtained an LGPC licensure which has helped with her day to day interactions and approach with her students.

Dr. Oyefeso is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate degree in Psychiatric and Mental health Nursing from University of Maryland Baltimore. Dr. Oyefeso works with each client to develop a treatment plan that will meet their specific needs. Due to over 10 years’ experience in mental health field, she is equipped with the ability to provide accurate psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis. Her goal is to provide medication management and supportive therapy to ensure that individuals with psychiatric symptoms are able to attain their utmost potential. Dr Oyefeso believes the act of reaching out for help to meet one’s mental health needs can be very difficult. Hence her vision is to make mental health accessible to all individuals.

Brittany Dubiel, Practice Manager

Brittany Dubiel, Practice Manager Brittany has been in the medical/health & wellness field for 4 years and has been with FIP since May 2018, with 11 years of management experience and 3 years of Early Childhood Education. Since joining the organization, she has excelled at managing the schedule, assisting clinicians, patient/client services as well as administrative tasks. Brittany crossed over to practice management for multiple Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Licensed therapists specializing in training, assisting with operations in the office. In her free time she spends time with her family and is engaged with her daughters ballet and her 2 sons football and basketball games.

Ethel Martin, Clinical Support Staff

Ethel has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and she is currently in school obtaining a Master’s degree in Social Work. Ethel brings over 6 years of mental health experience in case management, skill building, and program support. She assists the PRP program director in the implementation of program policies and procedures, and ensuring overall program compliance. Ethel enjoys helping others hence she continues to provide mentorship to youths in the community. In her free time, she spends time with her family.

Rene Newman, Compliance Manager

Rene joined our Team in May 2022. She holds the position of Compliance Manager in Family Intervention Partners. Rene brings over 15 years of healthcare administrative experience in Office Management and Customer Service Management. She oversees and manages our offices to ensure industry best practices are used to guard protected health information, all records are accurate and in compliance with federal and state requirements.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and reading.
