Marjorie Gold LCPC is a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 35 years of mental health experience, in inpatient, outpatient, and school settings. With a background in art therapy, she brings creativity and compassion to her work with clients. Her approach focuses on building a strong interpersonal connection, using that bond to help clients build strength-based individualized coping skills. Ms. Gold works with adults, families, adolescents, and school-aged children.

MaryElizabeth Kurz, LGPC, NCC

MaryElizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at Stockton University in NJ. She went on to earn her Master’s degree from The College of NJ in Counseling. From there she moved to Virginia and worked as a School Counselor for 4 years. MaryElizabeth now lives in Baltimore City with her husband and 1-year old son.

Brandi Clayton provides individual and family therapy for children and adults. Andrea obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and her Master’s in Counseling from Marist College. Andrea is Credentialed by the state of Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with Board Certification as a Clinical Supervisor. Andrea has provided outpatient therapy and intensive case management services in various settings. Andrea values trust and transparency to ensure a positive therapeutic experience. Daevonya is an experienced clinical professional who utilizes a strengths-based perspective while combining both psychodynamic and cognitive therapy approaches. She has aided clients in their restorative journeys with depression, anxiety, behavioral challenges, communication struggles, low self-esteem, and a host of other mental health diagnoses. Domonique Malloy has over 7 years of experience providing therapy to individuals and families utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is a licensed Clinical Therapist and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2013 and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2009 from Bowie State University. Mary Crocker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Maryland. Mary earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Developmental Psychology from University Of Maryland, Baltimore County and her Master’s in Social Work from University Of Maryland, Baltimore. Mary has since then worked in various clinical settings with children and adults. Due to her love for working with children, Mary obtained a specialized training in Play Therapy and she is Registered Play Therapist.

Dr. Oyefeso is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate degree in Psychiatric and Mental health Nursing from University of Maryland Baltimore. Dr. Oyefeso works with each client to develop a treatment plan that will meet their specific needs. Due to over 10 years’ experience in mental health field, she is equipped with the ability to provide accurate psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis. Her goal is to provide medication management and supportive therapy to ensure that individuals with psychiatric symptoms are able to attain their utmost potential. Dr Oyefeso believes the act of reaching out for help to meet one’s mental health needs can be very difficult. Hence her vision is to make mental health accessible to all individuals.

Brittany Dubiel, Practice Manager Brittany has been in the medical/health & wellness field for 4 years and has been with FIP since May 2018, with 11 years of management experience and 3 years of Early Childhood Education. Since joining the organization, she has excelled at managing the schedule, assisting clinicians, patient/client services as well as administrative tasks. Brittany crossed over to practice management for multiple Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and Licensed therapists specializing in training, assisting with operations in the office. In her free time she spends time with her family and is engaged with her daughters ballet and her 2 sons football and basketball games.

Charise Rosenboro, OFFICE MANAGER

Charise is the Office Manager for the Baltimore City Office. Charise graduated from West Florence High School and she is currently at Strayer University obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration concentrating in Accounting. Charise brings over 10 years of healthcare administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, Billing and Accounting. She assists in the implementation of office policies and procedures; manages and oversees the operations of the office, she maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing. Charise enjoys helping others. In her free time, she spends time with her family and is engaged with her two sons’ games.
