Family Intervention Partners provides Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) for children and adults to promote positive behaviors and interactions while decreasing negative behaviors. We assist clients in increasing community integration and independent living skills.

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for Adults (PRP)
We offer PRP for Adults to help individuals diagnosed with mental health illnesses access various services so they can fully integrate into the community.

The main scope of our adult services are:

  • Housing to assist them with any housing needs and financial security
  • Employment to guide them throughout employment training
  • Transportation to identify transportation needs and barriers to independent transportation
  • Wellness Management to address substance abuse, mental health, and physical health needs
  • Legal Support to prevent recidivism
  • Family and Community Support to provide recreational activities and address family issues.
  • Education to identify educational interests and goals
  • Entitlements, financial assistance, and budgeting to identify financial needs
  • Therapy compliance to provide them with psychiatrist services as needed
  • Illness Management to assist the client with keeping up with all medical appointments
  • Social Skills Development, including community integration activities, group and self-directed leisure activities related to sports and arts, and activities related to their spiritual interests

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program for Minors (PRP)
We gear minors towards promoting self-sufficiency, so they can become independent and successful members of the community.

Our PRP minor service focuses on:
